1. Introduction

Reflova is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not collect, store, or process any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). This application is designed for personal awareness and development purposes only.

2. What We Don't Collect

We do NOT collect:

  • • Personal identification (name, address, phone)
  • • Photos or biometric images after analysis
  • • Location data or GPS coordinates
  • • Contact lists or social connections
  • • Browsing history or usage patterns

3. How It Works

Image Analysis: When you capture a palm or face photo, it's sent securely via HTTPS to Google Gemini AI for analysis. Images are NOT stored after processing.

Local Storage: Analysis results are saved only on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your phone.

4. Account & Subscriptions

We use Supabase for authentication. The only data stored:

  • • Anonymous User ID
  • • Premium status (true/false)
  • • App account token (for subscription verification)

Payment processing is handled by Apple/Google. We don't see your payment info.

5. Third-Party Services

Google Gemini AI: Processes images temporarily. Not stored or used for training. Terms

Supabase: GDPR compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified backend.

Apple/Google IAP: Handles all payment processing securely.

6. Data Security

  • • All transmissions use HTTPS/TLS encryption
  • • Images not stored after processing
  • • Local data protected by device security
  • • Strict subscription verification system

7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You have the right to:

  • • Access any data we may have
  • • Request account deletion
  • • Data portability
  • • Opt-out (by deleting the app)

8. Children's Privacy

Not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in EU). We don't knowingly collect data from children.

❌ Not Collected:

Contact Info, Health Data, Financial Info, Location, User Content, Browsing History

✓ Minimal Data:

User ID (anonymous), Purchase status, Account token (subscription only)
